Serdal Developments, a wholly owned subsidiary of Serdal Holdings, was set up in 2023 as a multi-asset class real estate developer; looking to provide world class residential, hospitality, and commercial assets across the UAE and in selective international locations.
The establishment of Serdal Developments was a strategic decision to bring additional breadth to the UAE real estate sector, providing innovative and sustainable real estate solutions into UAE’s robust real estate market, and will be launching residential and hospitality projects in 2024.
A number of such projects are in the latter stages planning and more details will be released in Q1 2024.
